We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to help us manage and grow our book of business.
Job Summary:
The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for servicing and managing an existing book of commercial lines insurance accounts. This role includes providing excellent customer service, maintaining client relationships, and supporting producers in managing renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of mid-sized commercial accounts, ensuring client needs are met.
- Process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims.
- Prepare insurance proposals, certificates of insurance (COIs), and other client-facing documents.
- Collaborate with producer and underwriters to secure optimal coverage solutions.
- Maintain and update account information in the agency management system (e.g., AMS360, Applied EPIC).
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, carrier offerings, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management.
- Florida Property & Casualty (2-20) license required.
- Proficiency in agency management systems such as AMS360 or Applied EPIC.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and carriers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
- Professional designations such as CISR, CIC, or CPCU are a plus.
