Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with the department manager on renewals, including coordinating expiration lists and gathering necessary information.
- Maintain a strong understanding of insurance markets, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
- Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Use agency management software like Applied/Epic to manage accounts and documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3 years managing small to midsized commercial accounts in a high-volume environment.
- License: Active Property & Casualty License is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
