Commercial Lines Account Manager - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 95k/year - Lakewood, NJ

• Our client, a 13+ year independent agency headquartered in Lakewood, NJ who has an immediate need for a remote Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This position is open due to growth! They do not micro-manage & are able to provide training virtually since it is remote! Our client provides comprehensive insurance solutions & understand the insurance coverage needs of the real estate industry, hospitality, and healthcare fields.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing a portfolio of commercial accounts, mainly healthcare (medical offices, nursing homes, medical malpractice, senior living facilities, etc), as well as some real estate and hospitality renewals. The book will consist heavily of healthcare, real estate, hospitality, GL, property, and umbrella. The agency operates in a team dynamic so you will have support from a CSR.

Qualifications:

• EPIC experience required.
• 2+ years commercial lines experience. Experience with servicing and marketing healthcare accounts required.
• Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 80k - 95k/year range, plus commission on any new business you bring in. 20% new and 15% renewal.
