Role Overview:

They are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of business cultivated by Producers, serving as the go-to contact for all client needs. You’ll lead the charge in coordinating services, marketing new and renewal accounts to carriers, handling claims communications, and offering strategic, consultative advice. Success in this role hinges on your ability to drive client retention and elevate overall satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• Proven success as a Commercial Lines Account Executive or Account Manager in a similar role
• At least 5 years of experience in managing business accounts
• Valid Property & Casualty Producer License
• Strong emotional intelligence in a dynamic work environment
• Comprehensive understanding and ability to clearly explain Insurance Industry Standards, Policies, and Procedures
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a multi-faceted role with frequent changes in pace and exposure to multiple resources
• Superior communication and consultative abilities
