Commercial Insurance Account Manager for Property & Casualty
We are looking for a qualified Commercial Lines Account Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of insurance agency experience working as an Account Manager. A valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required. We're a family owned full service insurance agency with great culture. The role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
Commercial Lines Account Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Licensed Property & Casualty individual to provide excellent customer service whilemanaging an existing book of Commercial business.
- Provide support to producers and clients to pre-qualify, quote and place Commercialinsurance.
- Build and maintain highly effective relationships with and between carriers, producersand other staff.
- Continually review clients’ coverage, suggesting improvements and rounding out theaccount when possible.
- Support producers in the marketing of both new and renewal accounts.
- Adhere to agency workflows and procedures for all tasks.
Commercial Lines Account Manager Qualifications
- P&C license with thorough understanding of basic insurance concepts and principles.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of agency experience.
- Excellent grammar and communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
- Able to effectively set priorities and manage one’s time.
- Highly organized and detail oriented, allowing one to thrive in a fast-paced environmentwith varied responsibilities.
- Strong computer skills
