AssuredPartners's Energy Practice is excited to add a Property and Casualty licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager with the unique opportunity to support insurance placement on our largest client account in Denver, CO!
This opportunity will support our service team and insurance placement professionals on reviewing data, maintaining our AMS, facilitating pre-renewal requests, submission and binding efforts.

What You'll Do
- Client Support
- Maintains accurate client information to provide day-to-day client support and address intermediate-level client inquiries.
- Creates correspondence to carriers and clients, including transmission of final audits, policy binders, renewals, and other routine written communications.
- Processes change requests, follows up with carriers as needed, reviews endorsements for accuracy, and generates accurate invoices.
- Maintains files with proper records according to company procedures. Follows all other company procedures.
- Ensures accuracy of account information for both new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy in rating, coverage, signatures, and enters these transactions to generate billing invoices in a timely manner.
- Reviews accounts receivable report for all assigned accounts to support client retention.
- Leverages technical knowledge to ensure carrier quotes are received in a timely fashion; Reviews quotes for gaps and assists with inquiries from the carrier.
- Insurance Placement
- Assists in data entry when accounts are BOR’d to our AMS.
- Reviews, analyzes and updates driver, equipment, vehicle or other exposure lists and makes MVR requests, if required.
- Can assist in building pre-renewal requests.
- Can assist in binding procedures.
- Creates masters, issues certificates of insurance and evidences of property.
- Attends marketing meetings to build strong business relationships with appropriate insurance carriers.
- Attends training and seek self-directed learning to continue education in industry and technical knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Colorado Residents Base Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (commensurate upon experience)

What You'll Need
- 2-5 years of related experience and/or training preferred
- Property and Casualty License, required
- Working knowledge of available commercial lines coverages based on business and industry
- Proficient in providing client service through electronic, telephone, and in-person interaction
- Problem solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in use of EPIC software, or demonstrated skill at quickly learning new systems
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation software
