Responsibilities
Client Service: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for all commercial lines inquiries and service needs.
Policy Management: Efficiently manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing client concerns proactively.
Risk Assessment: Analyze client needs and assess risks to provide tailored insurance solutions that best meet their requirements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, brokers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive client service.
Documentation: Handle all necessary documentation and ensure that client records are up to date and accurate.
Client Education: Assist clients in understanding their policies, coverage options, and any changes in the industry that may affect them.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management.
Licensing: Active New York Property & Casualty License is required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Customer-Oriented: Dedication to meeting client needs and providing exceptional service.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
