Commercial Lines Account Manager - Gpac

Daily scope:

• Handle policy updates and account information in accordance to work-flows created
• Clearly communicate with clients and underwriters regarding policy and coverage related question
• Educate and inform clients in a client first mentality
• Possess the ability to market or remarket, create proposals, certs, EOI's, Loss runs etc.
• Identify, compile, and manage information regarding account renewals
• Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty Insurance license required
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage & rating
• Experience with various carriers and collaborating directly with underwriting
• Experience utilizing online rating software and various insurance carrier systems
• Knowledge of Applied TAM, EPIC or AMS360 software
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
