Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain an established portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional client services, including obtaining insurance quotes, renewing policies, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and enhance client experience.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance, Account Management for book of $1MM+
- Proven track record of providing exceptional client services and managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
- Strong knowledge of obtaining insurance quotes, renewing policies, and other key aspects of commercial lines insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Active property and casualty license.
