We are the perfect fit if you: + are seeking a progressive work environment at a rapidly growing organization + have a desire to help others protect their future + have an entrepreneurial spirit and are challenged by the opportunity to grow the business + are focused on learning and development to enhance your industry knowledge and expertise + are a self-starter willing to invest time and energy to learn the technical aspects of our business + believe in integrity and building success by developing relationships with others **Here's Where You Come In** _Job Responsibilities:_ + Lead a team providing day-to-day service, new business, and renewal insurance needs of a construction-centered client group + Focus on builder's risk policies + Ensure teams are adequately trained and workflows are followed + Coordinate a team of Account Managers and Associate Account Managers + Serve as primary relationship manager and consultant for clients and their insurance needs + Review and approve weekly timecards, coordinate and approve vacation and other time away from the office, and track completion of new employee training **You're Great At** + At least 5 years of insurance brokerage experience in an account management role + Exceptional customer service skills + Strong written and oral communication skills + Strong organization and follow-up skills + Ability to exercise independent judgment and assume accountability + Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy + Experience in a Broker Management System and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Strong understanding of Insurance Principles + Strong leadership skills + Builders Risk experience preferred but not required + Experience with Applied EPIC Agency Management System preferred but not required _Other duties and responsibilities include:_ + Being the champion of the Broker Standards and Standardized Weekly Processes + Creating a climate where employees are motivated to do their best and can be successful + Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm + Leading by example in areas of excellent client service, adoption of company policies, procedures, and workflows, embracing technology systems, and professional growth by means of continually seeking educational opportunities + Championing weekly standard processes to ensure the team understands the why and manages consistent execution for efficiency gains + Bringing forward team members' concerns to Management + Working closely with carriers and facilitating carrier relationships + Some travel required + Other projects or duties as needed **Here's what we can offer:** At HUB, we believe in giving our employees the room and space they need to do their job. The expected salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
