Commercial Lines Account Executive

As a Commercial Lines Account Executive, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on your experience. In addition to your base salary, there's the potential for significant commission earnings.

The ideal candidate will be an analytical and organized team member, who excels in building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. They will also possess hands-on knowledge of the insurance industry and agency customer service experience, with a preference for multi-line expertise.

This is an on-site, in-person position in Buffalo, NY, with a hybrid work schedule (3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days working from home).

Responsibilities

• Documentation within the Agency Management System
• Customer assistance and inquiries with insurance carriers
• Meet with management regularly for continuous communication and escalation of issues
• Continually develop customer service skills by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending courses

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry
• Customer service-oriented with relevant experience
• Attention to detail
• Analytical and organized
• Hands-on knowledge of the insurance industry, including agency customer service experience
• New York State Insurance Broker (BR) license required
