We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Lines Account CSR to join our dedicated team.
Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Commercial Lines Account CSR for our insurance team, must have 1-3 years of experience in commercial insurance to assist in managing and supporting our diverse portfolio of business clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent client management skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Managing a book of commercial lines accounts, helping to support the commercial lines account manager and account executive.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Work closely with underwriters and insurers to secure coverage and negotiate terms.
- Review and analyze policy renewals, endorsements, and changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processes, and coverage adjustments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, reports, and documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
- Valid P&C -IL Insurance License required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
