Are you an experienced Commercial Lines Account Analyst looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. This permanent position offers a challenging and fulfilling work environment where you can utilize and develop your skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of commercial lines accounts, analyzing policies, and working closely with clients and carriers to ensure their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Lines Account Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
1. Reviewing and analyzing commercial lines policies to ensure they meet the clients' needs and comply with state regulations.
2. Processing endorsements, renewals, and certificates of insurance in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and excellent customer service.
4. Collaborating with carriers to negotiate terms, rates, and coverages.
5. Utilizing AMS360, Epic, and Applied Epic to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
6. Preparing and presenting reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the property and casualty insurance market.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Analyst position will have:
1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial lines account management, including policy analysis, certificates, property, and casualty.
2. Proficiency in AMS360, Epic, and Applied Epic. Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also required.
3. In-depth knowledge of endorsements, renewals, and Certificates of Insurance.
4. Strong relationships with carriers and a proven track record of successful negotiations.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
7. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
8. A professional insurance designation (e.g., CIC, CPCU, ARM) is preferred but not required.
