We are currently seeking a driven Commercial Lender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to deeply understand their business operations and provide expert advice on lending opportunities. Your responsibilities will include soliciting, negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of commercial loans in compliance with our bank’s lending policies. This role will require both office-based work and significant off-site visits to customers. You will manage current accounts and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities for Commercial Lender:

• Service account relationships by providing financial advice and counsel on investments to customers and prospective customers.
• Call on potential and existing customers to develop new business and cross-sell services.
• Solicit, negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of commercial loans.
• Ensure all lending activities comply with the bank’s lending policies.

Qualifications for Commercial Lender:

• Currently engaged in commercial lending within the local market.
• Proven track record of achieving high production goals.
• Ability to expand loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products.
• Familiarity with loan processing and closing processes.
• Strong underwriting skills.
