About the Role:
Vaco is partnering with our client in their search for a Commercial Leasing Transaction Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team at a reputable real estate investment and ownership group in Orange County. Key Responsibilities:
- Brokerage Relationship Management: Coordinate and manage third-party brokerage listing relationships.
- Marketing Preparations: Oversee field marketing efforts to prepare for property vacancies.
- Lease Negotiations: Assist with Letters of Intent (LOI) negotiations and preparation.
- Tenant Interaction: Ensure high-quality interactions with tenants throughout the leasing process.
- Lease Finalization Support: Work alongside in-house resources and external legal counsel to finalize lease documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3-5 years of direct commercial real estate experience, specifically within the leasing process.
- Licensing: Interest in or active pursuit of a Real Estate License is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with relevant software including Excel, Argus, and Outlook.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Career Focus: A passion for the real estate industry, particularly in deal-making aspects of the transaction process.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
