Truck and Trailer Storage, LLC (TTS), is Now Hiring Commercial Leasing Agent. TTS is a client centric asset management and added value storage facility, providing a broad set of services in a secured turnkey transportation logic center.

You will be working directly with each terminal manager, office manager, bookkeeper, and owner to manage, tract and control all day-to-day transactions; find, and validate good tenants. In addition to marketing, social networking, social media marketing, and office duties as assigned. Assist existing tenants with maintenance requests and customer service needs and enforcing all yard rules and guidelines. Translate Core Values, Companies Principles and Strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning. Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
Some responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform all Day-to-Day Customer, Vendor, Partners Interaction and Service with minimal supervision.
- Customer Service is our Priority!
- Mange company cell-phone Monday-Saturday.
- Some urgent call may happen after hours (property access or property repairs).
- Schedule prospective tenant visit the property and showings.
- Collect first month's rent and deposits from new tenants.
- Conduct move in and move out property inspections.
- Prepare leasing documents and contracts.
- Customer service related to the property owner and tenants needs prior to and leading up to tenancy.
- New Construction and Project Analysis.
- Billing, invoicing, and collections.
- Plan meeting and take detailed minutes.
- Develop and maintain drive and paper filling systems.
- Plan and organize appointments.
- Scanning and filing client documents.
- Maintaining office supplies.
- Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, statutes and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
- Understand the Landlord and Tenant Rights and Responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual English & Spanish is a plus.
- The position requires at least three (3) year of experience in on-site property management.
- Must have a background in supervision and a successful track record of accomplishments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in data entry and QuickBooks Enterprise and Online.
- Sales skills to effectively market properties and negotiate lease agreements.
- Knowledge of facilities management principles to oversee property maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to assert yourself.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Self-motivation and self-direction.
- Ability to supervise staff.
- Safety conscious.

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Saturday *Phone Service only.
- Must be available for staffing needs and closings
