Leasing Coordinator to join 80 Attorney law firm and play a pivotal role in managing the leasing process for major Health Care properties. As a Leasing Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, current tenants, and property management teams. Your responsibilities will include coordinating lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and maintaining excellent tenant relations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate, property management, or a related field, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing leasing inquiries, scheduling property tours, and assisting with lease negotiations. Additionally, you will ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and you will work closely with Attorneys.
