Primary Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for commercial landscape construction projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, promoting the company's services and capabilities.
Collaborate with project managers and estimators to create proposals and bids for potential projects.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and build the company's brand.
Work with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support business development efforts.
Key Qualifications:
Character and prior experience will be highly valued.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales in the landscape construction industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000+ based on experience.
Full benefits package included.
This position is primarily in-office, with an 80/20 split between office and remote work to accommodate project and customer meetings.
