- Coordinate business proposal meetings and present NJM optional plans
- Engage in key account discussions and competitor plan reviews
- Lead annual planning processes and monitor implementation
- Maintain agency/broker profiles and assist with contracting and onboarding
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with 4-5 years in commercial lines
- Existing relationships with insurance brokerages in Central PA
- Knowledge of insurance underwriting procedures
- Proven stability in work history
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory

- Insurance-related certifications or licenses as required local regulations
Experience Requirements
- At least 4-5 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or marketing
- Proven success in relationship management within the Central PA market
- Must maintain current state licenses and continuing education credits
