Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with businesses to assess their insurance needs and offer customized solutions.
- Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries efficiently, addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Policy Analysis: Evaluate client portfolios to recommend appropriate insurance coverage that aligns with their business objectives.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the agency's client base through proactive sales efforts.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide up-to-date advice and support to clients.
Requirements
- Licenses: Possession of relevant insurance licenses, such as a Commercial Property & Casualty License, is a plus, but not a MUST
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
