Responsibilities
As a Commercial Insurance Producer, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients in the commercial sector.
- Evaluating clients’ insurance needs and designing customized coverage plans.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Negotiating coverage terms and premiums with insurance carriers.
- Collaborating with underwriters to analyze and assess risk factors.
- Staying updated on industry trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a client base.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in assessing client needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Insurance licensing and certifications are a plus.
