Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with current customers and Commercial Producers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Efficiently manage workflows using agency's management system and procedures, ensuring thorough documentation and workload organization.
- Service existing customers with policy or service related requests, such as production of Evidences of Insurance, Auto Insurance Certificates, and insurance verification in a timely manner. Review and endorse policies correctly and efficiently to reflect the needs of the insured.
- Handle all aspects of Certificate of Insurance requests from commercial clients.
- Receive and submit claim information on customer's behalf and act as client's advocate.
- Assist in development of business relationships with insurance carrier personnel, including working with underwriters and clients to resolve any underwriting challenges that may arise.

- 1+ years experience within P&C Industry is required. Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred - if not completed at time of hire, expedited completion is expected.
