We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. In this role, while you will work with Producers, you will typically be the first point of contact for our commercial clients, assisting them with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing. Salary Range: $50000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Communication: Interact with clients to address inquiries, process policy changes, and assist with claims.

Policy Administration: Handle various policy-related tasks including policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.

Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering client questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience for our clients.

Insurance Experience: Prior experience in commercial insurance customer service or a related field is preferred.

License: Possession of relevant insurance licenses or willingness to obtain them.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Attention to Detail: Ability to handle complex information with precision and accuracy.

Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting client needs and exceeding their expectations.
