Base Hourly of $20 to $25, based on experience.
Hybrid opportunity based on experience and production.

Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Engage with commercial clients to address inquiries, provide information, and deliver solutions to their insurance needs.
- Policy Management: Assist in managing commercial insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and policy documents.
- Problem Solving: Act as a point of contact for any issues or concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Relationship Building: Develop and sustain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting and sales teams to facilitate seamless service for our commercial clients.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in commercial and personal lines preferred.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Problem-solving: Ability to efficiently resolve client inquiries and issues with a positive attitude.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities, managing client accounts and administrative tasks.
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems.
