Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with businesses to understand their comprehensive insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Policy Management: Oversee the insurance portfolios of commercial clients, ensuring that coverage meets their ongoing needs and aligns with industry standards.
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base in the commercial sector.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and analyze competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and high-value stakeholders.
Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, offering knowledgeable support and expedient resolution of any issues.
Requirements
Licensing: Valid California Property and Casualty License is required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Customer-Focused: Strong emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
Time Management: Efficient in managing time and handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Malibu and surrounding markets and local business landscapes is an asset.
Team Collaboration: Capacity to work well within a team environment, sharing insights and strategies.
