The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of onsite construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

- Project Review: Read and review project plans and documents with Project Managers to ensure an accurate understanding of the scope of work.
- Crew Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers on crew assignments and scheduling to optimize project efficiency.
- Documentation Management: Maintain pre-construction documentation and schedules to ensure project readiness and compliance.
- Onsite Supervision: Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed to company standards and project specifications.
- Meetings and Communication: Attend regular meetings in and out of the office to discuss project progress, challenges, and strategies.
- Material Tracking: Track, record, and report CMU/Brick/Veneer counts to the Project Manager daily to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily material inventory checks to ensure all necessary materials are available and accounted for.
- Contract Compliance: Maintain strict control over contract documents to ensure all work is performed according to agreed terms.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize technology, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones, to manage project information and communication effectively.
- Billing Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly billings and invoices to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- RFI and Change Orders: Identify when Requests for Information (RFIs) and Change Orders are necessary and communicate them to the appropriate recipients.
- Customer Relationships: Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of Construction Superintendent experience is required.
- Trade Skills: background in concrete and masonry is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong planning, leadership, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Work Ethic: Professional, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and goals.
- Communication: Outstanding communication skills. Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus!
- Technology Proficiency: Ability to operate with technology, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones, is essential.
- Attitude: Positive attitude, team player, and a strong leader.
- Travel: Ability to travel as required for project oversight.
- License: Valid Driver's License is required.
