Job Overview
Wright Brothers Inc is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our skilled team. We are looking for candidates with prior HVAC experience, preferably in commercial systems. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and government clients. Who We Are
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and installations.
- Operate safely at heights using ladders, rooftops, man-lifts, and scissor lifts.
- Lift and carry equipment weighing 50+ lbs as required.
- Ensure compliance with all codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Document service records, work orders, and customer communications accurately.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, with additional earning potential for occasional weekend shifts (weekends off otherwise).
- Dispatch from home, using company-provided work vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional client relationships.
- Experienced HVAC Technicians, preferably with commercial HVAC experience.
- Valid EPA certification (required upon onboarding).
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work at heights and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in varying environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
