System Service and Engineering, a full service Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing company for commercial facilities in Lynn Haven, Florida is looking to add a Commercial HVAC Technician that wants to jump in and hit the ground running! This role will include regularly responding to service calls, providing solutions to complex service problems, works with outside vendors and contractors, utilizes their knowledge, skills and abilities to provide the highest quality of frontline customer service.

Essential Functions 

• Troubleshoot and repair/replace HVAC equipment 
• Investigate HVAC problems, develop solutions, provide estimates, plan & execute approved work
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all customers, tenants, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees at all times
• proper timely completion of work orders
