About the Commercial HVAC Service Technician
The Commercial HVAC Service Technician is based out of our HQ in Lititz, PA, and is a part of our Commercial Services Group. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is experienced in Commercial Service and loves providing outstanding customer service while focusing on doing quality work. What You Will Do:
- Be an outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable Service Technician who builds relationships with customers and solves their HVAC problems, whether it is maintenance risks, or diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults.
- Work on the big stuff. We have a wide range of Commercial customers which gives you the chance to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all sorts of equipment. This includes air conditioning systems, fan coils, air handling units, chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, Makeup Air Units, ERVs, WSHPs, HVAC Control Systems, Refrigeration Equipment, and exhaust systems + everything in between.
- Provide business owners or maintenance managers with your honest opinion based on the facts you have so they can make an informed decision.
- Pay diligence. Find and fix the small problems before they turn into bigger, more expensive repairs, to do right by the customer and to help their equipment last longer.
- Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team that respects each other and leans on each other when needed.
- Put safety first. Safety is a core value here at Haller, so it is key that our technicians observe safety regulations and are familiar with OSHA and EPA requirements.

What We Need From You:
- 12 + years of Commercial HVAC service experience. REQUIRED
- An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
- A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
- Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
- Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a new company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.
- CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal is ideal!
- Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 DOE
