Pay Range: $95,000 - $145,000/year depending on experience

Work Hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some weeknights and weekends
Primary Job Function: To manage the service operations of the company. This includes overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the service technicians and department. Other duties include customer relations, reviewing all billing and warranty claims, and interacting with the other managers concerning their warranty and installation needs. Responsible for making sure that all service techs are properly trained. The Service Manager will also oversee, manage, and train Field Supervisors. Handle all aspects of the service department and ensure its continued profitability and growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage all field supervisors and technicians
- Meet or exceed service department sales and profit goals
- Oversee training and development for all technicians
- Provide technical support for technicians as required
- Train technicians and run in-house training classes as required
- Work with operations and dispatch as required to schedule and route technicians
- Oversee and assist with all service quotes and replacement quotes
- Oversee, Manage & Train Dispatchers & the Dispatch Department
- Manage / Quote large changeouts and repair projects
- Review all quotes & billings
- Monitor and deliver on all daily Key Performance Indicators
- Hiring, Staffing, and Recruiting
- Manage the vehicle fleet
- Attend and Lead weekly night training
- Ambassador for the company's Culture and Core Values
- Attend weekly Leadership training classes
- Assist Sales Reps in the field
- Perform audits on critical sites
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years related experience in the management of a service industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ HVAC/R industry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to lead and train members of the team
