Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician - Legacy Heating & Cooling

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Commercial Service Technicians to join our growing team.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $40.00/hr base pay, depending on experience, credentials, and location

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, refrigeration units, and ventilation systems
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment
• Diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems
• Perform necessary repairs or replacements of faulty parts to restore functionality
• Collaborate with team members to provide efficient and effective HVAC solutions for commercial clients
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Previous experience as a Commercial Service Technician in the HVAC industry
• Extensive knowledge of various commercial HVAC systems, including diagnosing, maintenance, and repair techniques
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system malfunctions
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and protocols
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must possess an EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• Spokane location service technicians must possess a 06A license
