Our full-service commercial mechanical and plumbing company was founded in 2015 to serve our partners throughout central Texas and beyond. With our deep understanding of complex mechanical projects, we offer expertise and flexibility in plumbing, HVAC piping, sheet metal, and process piping trades. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist with Complex Commercial Construction Projects based out of our office in the Austin, TX area.

What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager with experience in managing complex commercial HVAC, Mechanical, and Plumbing projects, who will also be responsible for mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires a candidate who can work well under pressure, communicate effectively with clients and contractors, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

What You Need for this Position

• 4+ Years experience managing complex commercial HVAC, Mechanical, and Plumbing projects
• Experience working on Healthcare, Industrial, and Educational projects a plus
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams
• Prior experience as a leader mentoring APMs and PMs to help them grow in their careers
• Valid drivers license with the ability to travel to worksites as required

• $90,000 - $115,000 base salary depending on experience
