Your New Role

As a Commercial HVAC Estimator, you’ll:

• Analyze project plans, specs, and site conditions to develop detailed and accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers on comprehensive project proposals
• Quantify cost factors like materials, labor, and production time for competitive bids
• Present bid proposals to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy
• Review quotes from subcontractors and suppliers to refine project costs
• Stay informed on industry trends, codes, and best practices to enhance project success
• Assist with contract and change order negotiations, tracking project costs and reporting progress

• 5-7 years of HVAC estimating experience, preferably in a commercial setting
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation methods
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to job sites as needed
