We're looking for a talented Commercial Hospitality Key Account Manager to drive our growth strategy in the hospitality sector across North America. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid setting, preferably from the US East Coast.

Your Impact:
- Spearhead strategies to boost profitable sales, focusing on hotel chains and distribution channels nationwide
- Leverage our diverse product portfolio to support regional and national chains
- Foster strong relationships with Coffee Roasters and Hospitality partners at the management level
- Optimize travel schedules to maximize coverage of key initiatives
- Utilize financial tools to drive top-line growth while ensuring operational profitability
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7 years of professional sales experience in Coffee Roaster or Hospitality channels, with P&L responsibility
- Strong ability to analyze financial data and business metrics
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proven track record in developing market growth strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of ERP systems and cost accounting/inventory management (a plus)
