We’re looking for an experienced professional with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in ground-up commercial construction, particularly in the healthcare, hospitality, retail, self-storage, and multifamily sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage ground-up commercial projects, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively address them to minimize project disruptions.
