M&W Commercial Flooring, LLC is seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Flooring Sales and Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee estimating, sales project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of commercial flooring projects. Our flexible work environment allows you to operate independently, as long as duties are completed accurately and on time. We value professionalism, punctuality, and a results-driven approach, without micro-management.

- Account Management: Handle existing customer accounts and pursue new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients.
- Contract Management: Enter into and manage contracts with prospective clients and general contractors.
- Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively for assigned projects, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Supervision: Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Negotiation: Negotiate with contractors to secure reasonable change order costs, maintaining project budgets.
- Communication: Maintain high levels of communication and professionalism with superintendents and client project managers.
- Detail Focus: Ensure a high level of detail and focus on adhering to original plans and specifications.
- Previous experience in commercial flooring sales or other related fields.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage change orders and budgets effectively.
- Deadline and detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Familiarity with flooring estimating and accounting software.
