About the Job
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Restoration Sales/Project Manager to drive sales and manage restoration projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and the restoration industry. You will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing the successful execution of restoration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial restoration market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, property managers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to potential clients.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of restoration projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including estimators, technicians, and subcontractors, to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and project management within the restoration industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of restoration processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
