Commercial Fleet Sales Manager
Serra Chevrolet-Cadillac of Clarksville is in need of a proven Commercial/Fleet Manager. With our rapidly growing market, we are building a successful Commercial Sales team to meet the demand by providing our customers a superior product to be delivered with exceptional customer service, and are looking for an energetic, customer-centric professional with prior experience to lead our team.
Job Duties:
- Ability to effectively manage all areas of Commercial Fleet department.
- Ability to forecast goals and objectives for commercial sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
- Ability to hire, train and effectively lead sales team.
- Ability to present products to potential customers through in-person and electronic communications..
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all times.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers, sales consultants and other managers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in commercial/fleet sales with success.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- Excellent leadership qualities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet MVR requirements.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
