We are growing our commercial business and need 2 Commercial Account Managers. One with Ford experience and one with General Motors experience. Both positions are in the greater Columbus area.
We are looking for leaders to expand our commercial vehicle business. This is a major focus of ours for 2024. Ford and General Motors are the leading brands with light through medium-duty trucks, vans, and passenger cars. Our customers include government agencies, small and large businesses. Contractors, construction companies, and users of vans, pickups, dump trucks, specialty trucks, and passenger cars are a sampling of our customers.
We are looking for high-performing Commercial Account Managers who will dominate their region.Is this you? We hope it is. As our Commercial Account Manager, you will build long-term partnerships with our customers and acquire new business. We are seeking candidates with experience, drive, initiative, and integrity to join Ricart Automotive. Growth is part of the job description, but bringing a culture of great customer service, accountability, and profitability is essential to the success of our Commercial Account Managers.
- Manage commercial accounts and interact with key purchasing contacts by bidding and following up on all opportunities.
- Continually improve customer satisfaction ratings.
- Become an indispensable asset to our customers through your industry knowledge, follow-up, and ability to help commercial customers plan for cycling, maintenance, and fleet management.
- Work with the accounting department to ensure the receipt of all funds, fleet rebates, manufacturer funds, Government incentives, and advertising reimbursements.
- Maintains contact with federal, state, and/or local government agencies and utilities to secure fleet business, actively utilizing the bidding process.
This ideal candidate will also possess the following skills/experiences/abilities:

- Focus on excellent customer service
- Proven record in fleet and commercial vehicle sales
- Expertise with selling, upfitting and servicing light and medium-duty trucks
- Ability to continually grow your portfolio of customers, including sales, service and maintenance
- Proven high performer (we will ask for examples of where you "raised the bar")
- Great references
- Team player with the ability to coordinate efforts with management, sales , service and office staff
- Must be up-to-date with the online auto buyer and the social media
- Ability to work daily in greater Columbus, Ohio area
