Title: Commercial Flooring Estimator/Project Manager

Description: Seeking a dynamic professional to lead commercial flooring projects from estimation to completion. Responsibilities include accurate project estimation, bid preparation, budget management, client collaboration, supplier coordination, and on-site installation oversight. The ideal candidate has proven experience, strong knowledge of commercial flooring materials, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurate commercial flooring project estimation.
2. Detailed bid and proposal preparation.
3. Comprehensive project management (budgeting, scheduling, resource coordination).
4. Client collaboration to understand project requirements.
5. Supplier selection and negotiation for optimal pricing and timely material delivery.
6. On-site installation oversight for quality and timelines.
7. Continuous communication with clients, teams, and stakeholders for updates and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in commercial flooring estimation and project management.
2. Strong knowledge of commercial flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry trends.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
6. Problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under tight deadlines.
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in commercial flooring estimation and project management.
