Job Overview:
Cowboys Roofing is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Estimator to join our growing team in the residential and commercial roofing industry. As a Commercial Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately assessing costs for roofing construction projects, reviewing plans and specifications, and preparing detailed proposals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. - Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements.
- Perform site visits to assess roofing conditions and gather measurements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Use estimating software and tools to create accurate and competitive bids.
- Provide clear and comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- 5 years of proven experience in roofing construction estimating, preferably in both residential and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits and meetings.

Work Schedule:
