Your specific duties will include:
- Providing escrow services for commercial transactions.
- Opening new escrow transactions and processing escrow documents by established policies and procedures.
- Completing real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements, clearing titles, assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents, and disbursing funds.
- Preparing transaction documents by completing forms and statements and collecting and reviewing existing documents.
- Finalizing closings by recording and filing documents and preparing and distributing final closing statements.
- Preparing settlement statements by utilizing lender instructions, balancing accounts, and disbursing funds.
- 3+ years of recent escrow experience handling files from beginning to end.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, including written, telephone, and in-person interactions.
- Advanced computer skills, with experience in paperless escrow processes.
