Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Commercial Escrow Assistant. This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of Orlando, FL (Onsite).

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred.
• Exceptional at prioritizing time and workloads to meet established deadlines.
• Passionate about helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers; uses various types of communication to meet customer expectations and build relationships.
• Problem solver who has strong organizational skills, is detail oriented, and has a natural curiosity with an eagerness to learn.
• Thrives in contributing to a team where we come together to deliver beyond customer expectations.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies.

• This position will assume primary responsibility for assisting Escrow Officers/Title Officers with coordinating, managing, and closing national commercial real estate transactions ranging from single site to high-liability, multi-site commercial real estate transactions.
• This position will be responsible for assisting with compiling documents, tracking a resolution of title comments and surveys, underwriting requests, and post-closing functions, including supervising the timely recording of transaction documents.
• The position requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional multi-tasking and project management skills capable of prioritizing time and workloads and meeting established deadlines.
• Assist in the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions such as preparing documents for closing, inputting closing statement information, and handling disbursement and follow-up.
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process; adapt communication style as needed.
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
• Work with innovative technologies to enable escrow transactions and communicate with customers to provide a phenomenal customer experience.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $24/hour to $24/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
