Your specific duties will include:
- Reviewing HUDs for approval and communicating with the closing coordinators.
- Assisting closing coordinators with title clearance, including commitment and document review.
- Assisting with policy requests and reviews.
- Providing support to the Disbursements Department as needed.
- Handling customer service calls.
- Collaborating closely with Closing Teams to address any issues that may arise.
- Assisting with all post-closing matters.
- Experience as either an Escrow Officer or a Commercial Escrow Assistant.
- Familiarity with client online banking systems.
- Possession of an Escrow Officer license, obtained by attending or participating in webinar training sessions to earn the required continuing education credits.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A willingness to fully learn or demonstrate knowledge of Commercial Escrow. The candidate will serve as the #2 person in the department, managing the unit in the Escrow Officer's absence, and must work effectively as part of a team.
