Pay: $33.00 - 41.00/hour Depending on Experience + Bonus Opportunities
Position Summary: You will be responsible for the overall supervision of an electrical crew. This includes planning, scheduling, and coordinating the work of the crew, as well as ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards. Provide training and guidance to the crew members and is responsible for the quality of the work performed. Responsible for the overall job execution.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working in the commercial electrical industry
- Journeyman or Masters Electrical license in MD
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of electricians and other workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Familiarity with and adherence to the NEC, as well as local and state electrical codes and regulations. Knowledge of electrical safety standards
- OSHA 30 certified
- CPR certified
- Equipment cards
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
