We are a reputable and growing company specializing in commercial drywall and interior systems. Known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Drywall Superintendent to join our team and lead our crews to success.

Position Overview: The Commercial Drywall Superintendent will oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of drywall experience and a proven track record of leadership in the construction industry.

Salary Range:$78,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise drywall crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee all phases of drywall installation, including framing, hanging, taping, and finishing.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and clients to ensure job site coordination.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Problem-solve and adapt to project challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide clear direction and maintain open communication with the team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in drywall construction (commercial projects preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques related to drywall construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Proficient with project management software and basic computer skills.
