Our Client is seeking a Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator with 5+ years of drywall estimating experience to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will be experienced in both estimating and managing commercial drywall projects, with a strong understanding of multifamily, high-rise, and fit-out construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate drywall estimates using OST and QuickBid.
• Manage drywall projects from estimation through completion.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
• Lead in pre-construction meetings and ongoing site visits.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience estimating and managing drywall projects (will consider candidates from a General Contractor background with drywall experience).
• Proficient with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid software.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role (open to candidates with a greener background or General Contractor experience).
• Experience with projects ranging from $500k to $1.5M, with larger projects up to $8M.
• Familiarity with multifamily, high-rise, fit-outs, and large commercial remodels.
