Position Title: Drywall Project Manager OR Drywall Assistant Project Manager
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Drywall, specifically in metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, and trim and door work (subcontracting experience preferred).
- Proficient in software such as On Screen Takeoff, Plan Grid, and the Microsoft Suite.
- OSHA Certification and bilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
- Experience in lieu of a degree is considered.
Responsibilities:
- Review contracts for accuracy and facilitate smooth handoffs between Project Managers and Estimators.
- Create, manage, and review budgets while overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
- Maintain day-to-day communication with Superintendents, General Contractors, Estimators, and other PMs.
- Handle RFIs, RFQs, and Change Orders efficiently.
- Manage commercial projects ranging from $500K to $10M, including restaurants, warehouses, and retail spaces.
