• $90,000.00-$100,000.00 yearly

Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive and detailed estimates for various project and contract types, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and effective communication with project teams,specifically for commercial door, frame, and hardware scopes.
• Create proposals containing specific clarifications, inclusions, and exclusions to accurately represent project scope,specifically for commercial door, frame, and hardware scopes.
• Read and interpret bid documents, construction plans, schedules, and specifications to develop accurate estimates,specifically for commercial door, frame, and hardware scopes.
• Provide constructability comments and propose creative construction alternatives to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Attend architect and owner meetings to review costs and present ideas aimed at aligning projects with budgetary constraints.
• Manage multiple project estimates concurrently, adhering to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Track project data to establish historical production and cost benchmarks for future reference.
• Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and organizational skills in all aspects of the estimation process.

• Comfortable with a fully digital workflow and adept at utilizing technology
