Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Countertop Estimator opportunity include:

1+ years of construction estimating experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge of PlanSwift or other estimating software
Proficient in reading architectural drawings, with knowledge of construction, cabinetry, and millwork industries
Strong math skills and ability to manage client complaints effectively
Analyze bid opportunities, perform accurate takeoffs, and prepare estimates considering materials, labor, and equipment costs
Conduct material layouts, track allowances, and review project scopes with supervision to align with company interests
Manage follow-ups on awarded projects to align quotes with additional work or changes based on CAD drawings and orders

Salary: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
